Apparently my niece was painting rocks at school for an art project and thought that Sanada-Sama could use some decorations, too. 

...

I just hope it will come clean with enough scrubbing. 

Clearly another reason to move out. I need to protect the family rock from artistic children who do not yet know the importance of Sanada-sama's legacy.

Pretty sure you'll need diluted muriatic acid to not damage the rock - that's what is used on masonry and concrete to my knowledge. ☆
