Not a work request,per se, but seeing as I'm leaving on the mission, could you possibly oversee my guys? I know I've been deferring them to you for work while there's no demolition to be doing, but that's a little different than completely overseeing them. I don't expect you to do any of my paperwork, but they need guidance on how to best help while I'm not around.
