A Busy Start to October

Between social events and tennis, I've fallen a little behind on my university work. It was worth it but I think with a week of focused work and a couple less hours in the dojo is in order this week. I am open to suggestions for study music or background sounds. My family can be a it noisy at times so I find it useful to have something playing in headphones recently. 


 Atobe, I just wanted to thank you again for hosting me after your party. Breakfast was especially enjoyable. Even if I still think it a bit ridiculous and over indulgent. 


Yukimura, Renji, we should go out for a nice brunch to celebrate how hard you worked in Rakuten before you get swept up in another tournament. 


ooc: Since the cat is out of the bag with Sanada and Atobe doing the dating thing, he thought he would prove that he is not dying of shame about everyone knowing or how they may have acted while tipsy any make a knowingly public comment to Atobe.

I prefer traditional music, as you know. It is very meditative. If you find it too noisy, you are welcome to use my room at Mikiya Mansion.

Actually, we have an important task, if you are free. We ought to go look for houses with Seiichi, who is considering buying one. Your expertise in older estates is appreciated.

The modern ones are too small for what he needs. He's also looking into buying and renovating.

He should just focus on the location of a home and buy it, knock it down, and rebuild to suit his needs perfectly. Probably cheaper than renovating. Old homes cost a lot to bring up to current quake codes.

Hmm... it'll probably depend on what exactly he's got his eyes set on. I've narrowed down a few for him. For the space he wants, they're all somewhat removed from Tokyo proper.

I'm sure there's something in my neighbourhood. Most of the property here is still quite large and hasn't been broken up into smaller lots yet.
