I was told that I should make a journal to keep in touch with people.

But I'm still unsure of what to write here. I am open to suggestions for future posts. Unless your name is Niou

If you don't want to keep in touch with people, I don't really see the point in having a journal. Which makes me wonder why I have a journal because I really only want to keep in contact with a few select people. They have journals though, so I guess it makes sense to have one so I can keep up to date on their lives. I mean, I do have their phone numbers and emails, so I guess I could keep up with them that way too, but that can easily be forgotten. I can check this once a day and that is a good way to keep caught up.
