Pool Safety

A few people have told me they can't swim so I'm sure there are more people on base who aren't confident in their swimming skills. 

Since this seems a ridiculous survival skill to not have, I will be happy to offer water safety and swimming basic instructions on Tuesday and Thursday between 7-8pm. It would start after the expedition leaves. If you are interested, let me know. 

And remember, if you don't know how to swim, don't go to the pool on your own. I don't want it closed because someone died in it.

Drownings are often silent and if he's filming a video thing he may not even notice you're in trouble until you're dead.

Drownings can happen even when family, friends, and many others are nearby. It's easy to get distracted and miss a person in distress.

Well it's how you're acting. Gonna give you the benefit of the doubt here and assume you genuinely don't know how you come off to other people, but you sound condescending as hell. And just for extra clarification, most people aren't into being condescended to.
