Pool Safety

A few people have told me they can't swim so I'm sure there are more people on base who aren't confident in their swimming skills. 

Since this seems a ridiculous survival skill to not have, I will be happy to offer water safety and swimming basic instructions on Tuesday and Thursday between 7-8pm. It would start after the expedition leaves. If you are interested, let me know. 

And remember, if you don't know how to swim, don't go to the pool on your own. I don't want it closed because someone died in it.

You can swim without me if you use the buddy system. And the buddy must be a confident swimmer.

Then only swim when others are at the pool and wear a flotation device.

You can come to the lessons to learn how to swim. We can have fun after.

I learned in school. I used to take my brothers to the pool a lot in summer, too.

And for the record, just because I'm not athletic now doesn't mean I didn't used to be.

Swim is a verb so you use well.

Good and well have the same meaning. One is used with nouns the other is with verbs.
