A week of Normal

It felt good to be out and working on a big project again but I didn't miss having to always be on my guard for dangers. Fortunately we were able to get a few structures set up for safety and comfort and the first areas of the mine opened up with only a few minor scratches and bruises.
Now that I'm back on the base I have a chance to catch up on the smaller projects of engineering and to find time to relax. And to work out properly. Engineering is a workout but it doesn't hit all the muscle groups or as much cardio as I like.
Renji, do you want to help me with a personal project?

Date: 2022-09-20 01:36 pm (UTC)At least team 2 is only doing above-ground recon and are not expected to fight any of the worms or crawl through mud in darkness.
Working on reliable and long-life light sources that can take a lot banging around and water should be a priority.
I'm sure Akutsu will have some interesting ideas on what team 2 will need.

If you can think about what we can do about falling rocks for team 2, that'd be marvellous.
